1. Price are not negotiable.

2. Please make sure your address is stated correctly in your order form as Pos Express envelopes do not require a recipient's signature. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels or damage during delivery and there will strictly be no refunds.

3. Backed out buyer without notice will be blacklisted and not allowed to make reservations anymore in the future.

4. Sales are based on first come first served basis.

5. Interested buyers can reserve item for 2 days. Please make payment within the 2 days given.

6. All items are brand new and in good condition.

7. No refunds or exchanges allowed.

8. For items which are labeled as restock-able, we would try to get them for you from our supplies but it all depends on whether the supplier still has stocks.

9. Strictly no copying of pictures from Atelier, we have taken considerable effort to take these pictures and hope you understand.
